KlamAv is definitely not the best virus scanner as it does not scan Kernal and Ring0 infiltrations. Get NOD32 or Kaspersky, also clean your comptuer with System Mechanic (improves performance and such). NOD32/Kaspersky are very well worth the money and they will keep you protected.Try running the program scan the following. They are all free.
